Injection Molding FAQs

Quality parts can be made in as little as two weeks if you provide us with complete 2D
and 3D CAD models. More complex parts, or parts that requite special features, might
take longer. You will be informed all the time about the status of your project.

We do not provide a standalone product design service, but we offer Design for Manufacturing reviews on all approved orders. Your 2D and 3D drawings will be
improved in terms of manufacturability, production costs, to solve any design conflicts and achieve higher performances.

Although direct comparisons are difficult, Star Rapid’s prices will be typically 25-45%
less for plastic injection mold when compared to suppliers in North America and Europe.

Every project starts only when a non-disclosure of confidentiality agreement is signed.

We also have other security measures to protect your designs. For instance, we do not photograph or film the production process without our express permission.
